If you choose to upgrade to include a message inside the card, it will be printed exactly as typed in the text box and sent in the grey envelope directly to the delivery/shipping details provided at checkout. We will not send the receipt to the recipient.
Any orders placed where the billing and delivery details are the same, we'll assume you're giving the card yourself and will package as normal in a hardback brown envelope.
